Actress Humayra Subah, who gained attention due to her relationship with cricketer Nasir Hossain, is currently busy with both acting and music.

Her new song "Ami Tomay Dilem" has just been released, and during the press meet for the song, she spoke not only about her music but also her personal life. She revealed that during the previous government's tenure, she received love proposals from many Members of Parliament (MPs) and ministers.

Subah said, "Many MPs and ministers, just like many actresses, have received love proposals. I received them even before becoming an actress."

When asked how many MPs had proposed to her, Subah replied, "The number doesn’t matter, especially since those who have already left—what’s the point in counting them?" This comment seemed to target MPs and ministers from the Awami League government. However, Subah also mentioned that she has plans to become an MP herself in the future.

Subah initially gained attention as Nasir's girlfriend, and their relationship and breakup sparked considerable discussion on social media. After parting ways with Nasir, she became romantically involved with singer Elias. However, this relationship also did not last.

Subah married singer Elias Hossain on December 1, 2021. However, shortly after, marital discord began, which later became public.

Subah made her debut in cinema with the film "Boshonto Bikel," a love triangle story. In the movie , she acted alongside actor Shipon Mitra. Despite her early cinematic career, she became more widely known for her relationship with former cricketer Nasir, and their romance and breakup became a major topic of discussion on social media.
